FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (April 8, 2024) – The NAU women's tennis team will be back at home this week as they conclude Big Sky regular season play.
The 'Jacks will first face the No. 43 Arizona Wildcats on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. The Wildcats are 13-10 this season with multiple ranked wins. Their wins include UC San Diego, GCU, Michigan State, Missouri, South Florida, Maryland, UC Santa Barbara, Tulsa, No. 25 Yale, Western Michigan, Nevada, No. 61 Oregon, Washington State. Their losses have come against BYU, South Carolina, Texas Tech, Kansas, No. 35 Alabama, No. 15 California, No. 3 Stanford, No. 9 USC, No. 18 UCLA, and No. 25 Washington.
NAU will then host the Idaho Vandals on Thursday at 12:00 p.m. The Vandals are 10-5 this season and have a 4-1 conference record. Their wins have come against Nicholls, Lamar University, UC Riverside, South Dakota, Utah State, Lewis-Clark State College, Montana, Eastern Washington, Weber State, and Portland State. Their losses have come against Washington State, GCU, Wyoming, Seattle, and Montana State.
