FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (Jan. 8, 2025) – The Northern Arizona women's diving team will hit the road this week to compete in the Lancer Dive Invite, hosted by California Baptist.
The Lumberjacks most recently competed in a dual meet against Arizona on Jan. 3.
In the 1-meter dive, Mackenna Stocker scored 265.20 to tie for second place. Victoria Knapp followed in fourth with a score of 246.75, while Grace Wesche placed fifth with 245.93.
Stocker claimed the top spot in the 3-meter dive with a score of 262.43. Knapp finished fourth with 246.00, and Catalina Devia took fifth with 245.33.
Following her performance, Stocker was named WAC Diver of the Week, earning the honor for the second time this season.
California Baptist most recently competed in the UNLV Invite, where the women's team finished fifth out of eight teams. Audrey Thordarson-Wehner, a sophomore from Sherwood Park, Alberta, placed third in the 3-meter dive with 281.60 points and fourth in the 1-meter dive with 246.55.Â
Other teams competing at the invite include Colorado State, San Diego State, the University of San Diego, and Claremont.
Preliminary rounds will begin at 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard time, with results available on DiveMeets.
