FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (February 9, 2026) – Family Weekend against UIW and Homecoming versus Portland State highlight the 2026 Northern Arizona football home game themes.
The Lumberjacks' annual Family Weekend Game, which will also serve as the Hall of Fame Game, will be Sept. 12 when NAU hosts UIW at Findlay Toyota Field at the Walkup Skydome. Homecoming is set for Oct. 17 as the Lumberjacks welcome Portland State to Flagstaff.
In conjunction with the 2026 football theme games, season tickets for the 2026 season are available for renewal beginning today. All existing season ticket holders are encouraged to renew at this
link by the March 13 deadline. All fans who renew their season tickets during the month of February will be entered into a raffle for one free parking pass or four pregame sideline passes.
The six-game home slate kicks off on Aug. 29 with the Lumberjacks hosting Eastern Washington in the season opener. Along with the annual Running of the Freshmen, the Lumberjacks' 2026 opener will be Flagstaff Day, with the entire Flagstaff community invited to cheer on the 'Jacks as they kick off the season.
Following Family Weekend on Sept. 12, NAU takes on Montana on Oct. 10, which will serve as NAU's Hispanic Heritage and Alumni Game.
The Lumberjacks close the regular season with consecutive home games, first on Nov. 14 versus Weber State (Military Appreciation) and lastly on Nov. 21 against Northern Colorado (Native American Heritage/Senior Day).
