FARMINGTON, Utah (April 22, 2026) – Four members of the Northern Arizona women's tennis team have earned All-Conference honors, as the league announced its end-of-season awards Wednesday morning.
Patrycja Niewiadomska was named Singles First Team, while
Andrea Noguera and
Natalie Rainke were both listed Singles Second Team.
Elen Jantacova rounded up the singles awards by receiving Honorable Mention in the category. Those four also all received nods in partner play, as the pairs of Jantacova and Rainke, and Niewiadomska and Noguera both earned a place on the Doubles Second Team.
Niewiadomska's spot on Singles First Team marks the 10th straight season at least one Lumberjack has made the list. The senior wraps up her career at NAU with a spot on either Singles First or Second Team in each of her four seasons in Flagstaff. Playing exclusively at the No. 1 position this year, Niewiadomska compiled a 10-3 record, including a 7-1 mark in league matches. Two of her three losses were both pushed to three sets.
Noguera played next to Niewiadomska in both doubles and singles, with most of her matches coming from the No. 2 position. The junior saved her best performances for league action, as she amassed a 6-2 record in Big Sky matches, with all but one of her wins coming in straight sets. The nod marks back-to-back seasons on the Singles Second Team for the native of Valencia, Venezuela.
Natalie Rainke earns the first All-Conference selection of her career. Joining Noguera on Second Team Singles, Rainke found similar success in conference action during her first season in Flagstaff. After starting the spring 4-3, the junior finished a team-tying-best 7-1 in league matches, including consecutive victories in her final six outings at the No. 3 position.
Jantacova's addition to Honorable Mention is the second in as many seasons for the sophomore, and her first listing on an All-Conference Doubles Team. She achieved a 6-2 record in league matches, mostly playing on court four, and is carrying a four-game win streak into the postseason.
As a pair, Niewiadomska and Noguera notched a 9-3 record on the season, including a 6-2 mark in conference matches. Their only two losses in conference play were just by a break, both 6-4 decisions.
Rainke and Jantacova performed at the No. 1 position all season long, earning a 4-3 record in conference play. In their victories, the duo was dominant, winning by an average of four points in their six overall wins on the season.
The No. 2 Lumberjacks will face the winner of the quarterfinal match between Montana State and Idaho State on Friday, April 24 in the semifinals of the Big Sky Championships. First serve is set for 8 a.m. MST and can be followed on live stats.
