FRISCO, Texas (July 14, 2026) - The 2025-26 WGCA All-American Scholar Team was announced, with 1,551 women's collegiate golfers recognized with this prestigious honor for their excellence in the classroom and on the course.
To be selected, a student-athlete must have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, be an amateur, remain on the team's roster through the conclusion of the team's season, and have played in at least 50 percent of the college's regularly scheduled competitive rounds through the team's conference championship.
Three Northern Arizona golfers repeated their success, earning spots on the prestigious list in recognition of their academic and athletic achievements.
Senior Lizzie Neale was named to the team for the fourth time in her career, joining Eliska Kocourkova, Ali Carter and Stephanie Kim as the only Lumberjack golfers in program history to earn the honor four times.
Neale graduated this year with a degree in University Studies. The 2024 Big Sky champion went all the way at the 2026 Big Sky Championship, earning co-medalist honors with a phenomenal final round of 6-under 65 that featured eight birdies. The New Zealander helped lead the Lumberjacks to their 10th conference title in program history. Neale finished tied for the individual title at 5-under before falling to Montana State's Nora Seidl on the first playoff hole. Recently named Big Sky Player of the Year after a standout season, Neale reinforced that honor with an impressive campaign. Of her 26 rounds during the 2025-26 season, 16 were at even par or better, including eight rounds in the 60s. She finished her senior season with a 71.65 scoring average.
Juniors Frankie Dezis and Amy Hodgkins each received the honor for the third time in their careers.
