Brandon Porter was electrifying in the NAU football team's 37-23 victory over Missouri State to open the 2019 season, pulling in a career-high 140 receiving yards on six receptions. He hauled in two receiving touchdowns and also accounted for NAU's first touchdown of the season through the air, taking a double pass from Case Cookus and firing it downfield to Stacy Chukwumezie for a 55-yard score in the second quarter in the Walkup Skydome on Thursday, Aug. 29.
