All-American sophomore Abdihamid Nur ran to a first-place finish at the Battle Born Collegiate Challenge last Friday, beating out a field that included No. 5 Stanford and No. 10 Colorado. Finishing the 8K course in 22:30.5, Nur paced the Lumberjacks as they finished 1-2-4-5-8. Ranked No. 2 in the nation, NAU now heads into the Big Sky Conference championships on Feb. 27.
