Carly Gamble was named the Big Sky Defensive Player of the Week after being part of the NAU soccer team's defense that shut out both Portland State and Sacramento State last weekend. Gamble and the NAU defense limited Portland State and Sacramento State to 15 shots total in two Lumberjack victories. She also picked up an assist on Haleigh Van Allen's goal against Sacramento State on Sunday, Oct. 7.
