Quotable
Head Coach Chris Ball
"The game totally changes when you come out in pads. We saw some good things, but we still have a lot of work to do. I was a little disappointed being the third practice and after going back-to-back on Thursday and Friday that they were a little bit sore, they have been hitting it hard in the weight room also, but that is no excuse. We have got to learn how to battle though adversity a little better. A little disappointed in the toughness, but that is something we have to fix. We saw some good things also, but it was a little all over the board. We did some things really, really well and some things we didn't do well at all. Those are things we have to fix."
"You decide if you want to be tough or not. When you wake up in the morning and put your feet on that floor every day, you decide how you are going to be. We talk to our players about that all the time. In order for us to win this league, we have to be tough and that is something we are definitely going to be."
"All we have to do is continue to get better and worry the things that we can control. That is our attitude, effort and energy every day. Come to work every day and continue to get better. You need to maintain that standard every day and in every drill."
