FLAGSTAFF, Ariz., (April 7, 2021) – The Northern Arizona women's soccer program has entered the NCAA Division I West Region rankings, placing at No. 10.
The Lumberjacks remained unbeaten in Big Sky play going into last week's conference matches against Northern Colorado on April 3 and 5. Taking a 2-2 draw to the Bears, the 'Jacks finished 6-1-1 in conference to push themselves into national and regional rankings. In addition to their top ten spot in the west region, the Lumberjacks received an RPI of 90.
Northern Arizona is ranked No. 10 in the West Region by the United Soccer Coaches, a region that includes teams from the West Coast Conference, Summit League and Big Sky Conference. In 2018, the Lumberjacks were ranked as high as No. 8 in the region.
