FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (January 30, 2023) – Drew Bosley was named the Big Sky Men's Track Athlete of the Week after his outstanding performance in Boston.
Bosley ran the 3000 meter at the John Thomas Terrier Classic, running a time of 7:36.42. His mark set new school, conference, and collegiate 3K records. He previously ran the 5000 meter in December on the same track, running a 13:13.26 to set new school and conference records.
Last season, Bosley competed in the 5K at the NCAA Indoor National Championships. He finished eighth with a time of 13:29.69, helping NAU reach the podium for the first time in school history.
This fall, Bosley competed as part of the National Champion cross country team, finishing third at the national meet to earn All-American honors. Throughout the season he competed in six meets, never finishing lower than ninth place.
