Lizzie Neale tied the individual program low record at the Boulder Creek Golf Club (par-72, 6,334 yards) in Boulder City, Nev.

After sitting tied for 10
th following yesterday's first round, the Lumberjacks leaped to sixth place after shooting a 275 (-13) in the second round. The score sets a new program low for a single round by three strokes that was set at the Red Rocks Invitational in 2018-19.

Northern Arizona is playing host to the tournament and has a total of 577 (+1) strokes through the first two rounds which is the fifth lowest in program history.

Additionally, all five golfers in the lineup went at least one stroke under par, led by
Lizzie Neale who shot a 67 (-5) to tie a single round program record. Neale is just the fourth Lumberjack in program history to record a 67, joining teammate and fellow sophomore
Ellena Slater at the GCU Invitational last season.

Neale is currently tied for 10
th with a total of 141 (-3) strokes after shooting a 74 (+2) in the first round and she recorded five birdies today. It marked her fourth career round in the 60's and her 15
th at par or better.

Not to be overshadowed, Slater shot a 68 (-4) in the second round and is tied for 13
th with 142 (-2) strokes after shooting a 74 (+2) yesterday. It was Slater's fifth career round in the 60's and her 15
th at par or better and she also had five birdies today.

Following the duo is true freshman
Amy Hodgkins who improved from a 76 (+4) in yesterday's action to a 71 (-1) today. In just her fourth collegiate tournament, it is her eighth career round at par or better, tying her for 36
th with 147 (+3) strokes through two rounds.

Fifth year
Lorel Hayward turned in her best round of the season today after shooting a 70 (-2) in round two for her 11
th career round under par. Hayward showed massive improvement from yesterday's 78 (+6) and is now tied for 44
th with 148 (+4) strokes which is a season low for two rounds.

th with 148 (+4) strokes is senior
Ekaterina Malakhova. Competing as an individual, Malakhova shot a 72 (E) today for her first round at par or better since the 2021-22 season. Her combined score from yesterday (76, +4) brings her to a new season low for two rounds.

Frankie Dezis had a ten-shot improvement from yesterday's 80 (+8), after shooting a 70 (-2) today with four birdies. Dezis is currently tied for 56
th with a total of 150 (+6) strokes.

Rounding out the field,
Nina Lukyanenko is competing as an individual and is tied for 92
nd with 157 (+13) strokes after shooting a 78 (+6) today.

Entering the third and final round, Northern Arizona is just five strokes out of second place. Long Beach State continues to lead the 20-team field with 554 (-20) strokes. The Lumberjacks are competing against four other Big Sky Conference schools in Weber State, Montana State, Northern Colorado, and Idaho and are ahead of each program in the team standings.
