FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (February 11, 2023) - The Lumberjacks closed out the regular season at the UNLV First Chance Invite today, continuing with time improvements ahead of the WAC Championships.
Freshman Remi Wallce started the Lumberjacks off in the 100 butterfly, finishing at 55.98, two seconds ahead of her top time this season. Samantha Sheridan followed with a 17:42.04 in the 1650 freestyle race.
Junior Abigail Tashlein placed fourth in the 100 freestyle, coming in at 53.81, taking her first jab at the race all season. Emma Warner followed with a 57.99 finish for the Junior's top time of the season.
Brooke Seiber and Illiana Moore finished out the day with a close race in the 200 breaststroke as Seiber finished first at 2:27.06 and Moore in second at 2:27.79.
