FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (May 2, 2024) – Northern Arizona University head football coach
Brian Wright has announced the hiring of
Tim Roschmann as the program's Director of Player Personnel and Recruiting.
Roschmann is no stranger to the state of Arizona, as he was previously serving as the wide receivers coach and recruiting coordinator at Liberty High School before joining the Lumberjacks. At Liberty, Roschmann educated families and players on the recruiting process while providing feedback, support, and advice to high school athletes.
Prior to Liberty, Roschmann held the same role for a year at Millennium High School.
Roschmann began his coaching career at his alma mater, Arizona State, where he was a senior offensive recruiting graduate assistant. There, he oversaw student assistants, worked with ARMS recruiting software and planned visits for potential student-athletes. After his time in Tempe, Roschmann moved on to the University of New Mexico where he served as the team's Director of Player Personnel from January to October of 2020.
Roschmann earned three degrees at Arizona State, including his bachelor's degrees in sports business and history and his master's degree in history.
