EUGENE, Ore. (June 7, 2024) – The NAU men's track & field team concluded their competition at the NCAA National Championships with four All-American performances.
The NAU men finished tied for 23
rd with a team score of 13 points.
Colin Sahlman finished as a first-team All-American in the 1,500-meter after running a time of 3:39.92 to place fourth in the nation.
Nico Young was the runner-up in the 5,000-meter, earning first-team All-American honors after running a time of 13:54.65.
Cael Grotenhuis finished as a second-team All-American in the 5,000-meter after finishing ninth with a time of 13:59.63.
Brodey Hasty earned second-team All-American honors in the 5,000-meter after placing 14
th with a time of 14:04.07.
