Trent McLaughlin Earns NABC All-District Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (March 18, 2025) – The NABC has announced the 2024-25 NABC Division I All-District Teams, highlighted by Northern Arizona's very own Trent McLaughlin earning second-team honors. The All-District honors are voted on by NABC-member coaches across NCAA Division I.

McLaughlin is leading the Lumberjacks into their first postseason tournament since 2015, after leading the Big Sky Conference in points per game at 22.3, ranking second overall in Division-I Basketball. McLaughlin has shot 42.6 percent from the field in the Jacks 33 games, hitting 35.2 percent from three-point range on 99 three-pointers made. McLaughlin added 113 assists, and 57 steals to his resume this season while averaging 3.5 boards per game and 36.5 minutes on the floor.

McLaughlin was one of four Big Sky selections named to the NABC All-District team, alongside Idaho State's Dylan Darling and Northern Colorado's Langston Reynolds and Isaiah Hawthorne.

The NABC introduced a new model for its Division I district alignment this season, with schools arranged by state rather than by conference. The modernized NABC Division I district alignment features 10 geographic regions that each encompass multiple states. Every Division I school in each given state belongs to that state's corresponding district.
