The last time NAU competed in this tournament was eight years ago in the 2017 season when Arizona State still hosted on the now-defunct Karsten Course. Out of 14 teams, Northern Arizona finished 14th with a total score of 901 (+37). Arizona State took the title that year with a score of 839 (-25). Sofia Anokhina was the top-finishing 'Jack with scores of 72, 72, and 71 for a 215 (-1) total, tying for 11th place individually.

Most recently, Northern Arizona hosted the Red Rocks Invitational at Oak Creek Country Club in Sedona, Ariz. The tournament was shortened to 18 holes due to poor weather. NAU finished second as a team with a score of 289 (+1), while Grand Canyon claimed the team title with a total of 288 (E). Ellena Slater took the individual title with a score of 69 (-3), winning by one stroke and earning Big Sky Golfer of the Week honors.

Up next, the Lumberjacks will head to Litchfield Park for the 2025 Big Sky Conference Championship from April 14-16. The championship will be played at the Wigwam Golf Resort on the Blue Course, where Lizzie Neale will look to defend her individual title.
