FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (February 11, 2026) - The Northern Arizona men's tennis team heads to Phoenix this weekend for two matches to face Grand Canyon and Hawai'i for a neutral match. Opening serve against the Antelopes will be on Friday, Feb. 13 at 1 p.m. MST and against the Rainbow Warriors on Saturday, Feb. 14 at 12 p.m. MST. The match against GCU can be streamed at this link.
NAU stands at 4-2 entering this week, following a pair of losses in the Jacks' first two road matches at Utah State and Utah to start the month. Noa Tcherniack picked up singles wins in both matches, continuing his undefeated start to the season at 6-0.
The Antelopes are currently sitting with a 6-1 record, including a pair wins against Big Sky Conference member Idaho. Their lone loss this season came in Los Angeles, Calif. when they fell at the hand of Loyola Marymount. NAU holds a 5-3 lead in the all-time series over GCU, with the most recent match resulting in a 6-1 win for the Lumberjacks in Phoenix.
The Rainbow Warriors are currently 2-3 on the season with all three losses coming against power four programs. The two wins were both 4-3 victories against the Gonzaga Bulldogs and the Portland Pilots. Saturday's contest will mark the inaugural matchup between NAU and Hawai'i.Â
