PHOENIX, Ariz. (July 13, 2026) – The Northern Arizona men's and women's tennis squads both garnered All-Academic Team honors, as the Intercollegiate Tennis Association released its 2026 academic awards Monday morning. Multiple members on each team also earned recognition as ITA Scholar-Athletes for this past year.
On the women's side,
Elen Jantacova,
Madelynn Ludwig,
Natalie Rainke, and
Leontina Stojanovic were named Scholar-Athletes, while
Ivan Perisic,
Jakub Jedrzejczak, and
Jakub Volesky each grabbed the title on the men's side.
ITA Scholar-Athletes must have a grade point average of 3.5 or greater for the year, while the team must have a GPA of 3.2 or higher to reach status as an ITA All-Academic team.
The team recognition marks the eighth straight for the women and seventh straight for the men.
