FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (February 26, 2019) – With three separate camps slated for the month of June, there is no better opportunity to elevate your game than with the Northern Arizona women's basketball team. The Lumberjacks, led by head coach
Loree Payne, will host three summer camps in Flagstaff starting with their one-day Elite Camp on June 15.
The Elite Camp will kick start the summer on June 15 with full day of skill development and instruction from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. The Elite Camp is designed for highly motivated student-athletes who are serious about enhancing their skills and fundamentals in a fun environment. Payne and her staff will teach skill sessions that will be incorporated into team drills and five-on-five play. The Elite Camp cost is $100 per camper.
Next up, the team will host their Day Camp for all girls between the ages of 7-13. The four-day Day Camp will run from June 17-20 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. daily and is designed for all skill levels. The Day Camp cost is $195 per camper and discounts for this camp only are available upon request for all Northern Arizona University employees and multiple family members.
NAU's Team Camp will round out the Lumberjacks' June camps from June 21-23. The Team Camp will include a five-game guarantee for high school teams who are interested in gaining valuable game experience during the summer months. Lodging and meal accommodations are up to each individual team. The Team Camp cost is $150 per camper.
All three of NAU women's basketball camps will be held in the Rolle Activity Center on the campus of Northern Arizona University. There will be a certified athletic trainer on site throughout the entirety of each of the three camps.
