Lumberjacks Sweep Dual Meet Against Utah Tech, Finishing Semester on a High Note

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (Dec. 7, 2024) – The Northern Arizona women's swimming team faced the Utah Tech Trailblazers in the second part of a dual meet after the Lumberjacks secured a 58-47 win yesterday at the Wall Aquatic Center. NAU had another successful day in the pool, earning a 143-103 victory over UT today.

"I am very proud of the effort today, as it was a tough turnaround from last night," head swimming coach Andy Johns said. "I think they felt that, but they raced hard, showed toughness, and I'm really happy with the overall results. Now it's time for exams, so they've got to shift gears a bit. It has been a great way to end this semester, and I'm happy that Utah Tech was here. We look forward to seeing them at their place in January."
