Sunday’s Match Between Lumberjacks and Trailblazers is Canceled Due to Weather

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (August 21, 2022) - NAU's match hosting Utah Tech has been canceled due to weather.

Ten minutes after Mikhail Johnson scored NAU's lone goal, the match was delayed due to lightning. After further delays, the match was concluded as a no contest.

According to NCAA rules, a game cannot restart more than three hours after it began; therefore the game was deemed a no contest after 22 minutes of play. 

NAU will host South Dakota State on Tuesday at 7 p.m. MST.
